About Life Without Debt

Life Without Debt is operated by Credit Mediation Australia CLG, an Australian not-for-profit company. We provide free credit mediation services to Australians with terminal illness under Australian Credit Licence No. 387398, issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Our Services

Life Without Debt provides credit mediation services under ACL 387398. These services are subject to separate terms of engagement provided at intake, which comply with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 and associated regulations.

Our services are provided free of charge to eligible clients. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion, based on our service criteria and capacity.

Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible under our Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) endorsement. Tax receipts are issued by email upon completion of a donation.

Life Without Debt is a registered charity with the ACNC. We comply with all applicable fundraising laws in jurisdictions where we operate.

Refunds of donations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of making the donation at [email protected].
